OUR WATER IONIZERS ARE UNDER WARRANTY FOR LIFE!
For years we have been standing behind our water ionizers 110%. We are now in a position to make good on it and offer you what no other water ionizer brand in America offers: Warranty for your Jupiter water ionizer for as long as it is able to produce safe, healthy, alkaline ionized water.
Effective August 15th 2009, any Jupiter water ionizer (except the Ultra Technos) purchased from e-Waterionizers will now carry a LIFETIME Warranty. This industry leading warranty covers you for LIFE on all parts (bumper to bumper) and for 100% labor for the first five years and a maximum of $199 in labor there after. All we ask is for you, our customers, to assume the nominal shipping and re-stoking fee. That's it! No frills, no hidden fees, no read-between-the-lines.
Prior to claiming your warranty, you must get a Return of Goods Authorization number by using our RGA Request Form. No warranty will be honored without an RGA number.
NOTE
All Jupiter Ultra Technos (and only them) come with a 2-year warranty in parts and labor. Shipping and re-stoking fees are still the customers responsibility.
CAVEAT
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or by build up of calcium due to hard water deposits. If any ionizer is unable to be repaired a fully functional ionizer of similar value will be offered as a replacement.
