After 3 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $160 value on any repair.Our warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or of failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. e-WaterIonizers has repair depots on the east and west coast of the USA and one in Canada.
