Our Return Policy
We invite you to enjoy the benefits of e-WaterIonizers for 60 days after purchase.We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Jupiter Water Ionizer that we offer you a 60 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in a like-new condition and in its original packing. (Why a 15% restocking fee? e-WaterIonizers must complete a full unit evaluation, replace all internal filters, make any appropriate unit adjustments, conduct a thorough quality check process, and then categorize as a “refurbished” unit)
"As-new condition" means the water ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges on all returns will not be reimbursed and return shipping must be paid by the customer.
All returns must be authorized by e-WaterIonizers and provided a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to returning. Please Click here to contact e-WaterIonizers for your RMA#. We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item and you can expect a refund to be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item.
